The Next Leaders Network (NLN) is a new association that connects young professionals in the Lower Mainland not-for-profit sector in order to build their networks, intentionally direct their careers and gain knowledge in order to perform their roles effectively and successfully. The goal is to create a peer network and development opportunities for the Next Leaders of our community organizations. 

Through the NLN, you will gain access to peers and experts in the sector with whom you can discuss your career goals, plan how to achieve those goals and take advantage of unique, innovative educational opportunities that will prepare you for whatever comes next.
